Some of its features include512 MB RAM, TFT capacitive touchscreen, 3.15-megapixel camera, Qualcomm MSM8255 Snapdragon chipset, and micro SD slot expandable up to 32 GB. Steps to update Galaxy Exhibit T679 to CM11 ROM:

Download both the package files in a specific folder on your PC. Then connect your Galaxy Exhibit 4G to PC using a USB cable and copy both these files on your phone’s SD card. Disconnect the phone from the PC & switch it off completely until it vibrates. Boot your Galaxy Exhibit 4G into recovery mode now. For that press & hold ‘Volume up + Home Button (middle button) + Power Button’ simultaneously until recovery mode appears. Touch won’t work in recovery mode. So use Volume up and down keys for navigation and the Home button for selection. At first, take a Nandroid backup of your device. Now you need to clear the data and caches present on your phone. So for that navigate to the ‘wipe data/factory reset’ option using Volume keys and select it using the Home button. On the next screen select the ‘wipe cache partition’ option. Now press the back button and highlight the  Advanced option located on the recovery mode itself. On the next screen select the Reboot Recovery option. Navigate to the ‘install zip from SD card’ option using Volume up and down keys & select it using the Home button. On the next screen select the ‘choose zip from SD card’ option. As soon as you click on it you’ll see all the data of your phone’s SD card. Just navigate to the cm-11-20140714-UNOFFICIAL-ancora_tmo.zip package file and select it. On the next page select the ‘Yes’ option to start the actual flashing process. Wait for the process to complete successfully. Then again select the ‘wipe data/factory reset’ option followed by ‘wipe cache partition’ option on the recovery mode to clear all phones data & cache. This step will help to solve the boot loop issue. Now similarly flash the GApps zip file as you’ve installed the custom ROM. Just remember not to wipe data after that. Just restart your Galaxy Exhibit 4G now by selecting ‘reboot system now’ option from the recovery mode. Remember that the first boot will take more time to start than usual.

Conclusion:

Finally! You’ve successfully flashed the latest Android 4.4 KitKat based Cyanogenmod 11 Custom ROM on your Samsung Galaxy Exhibit 4G SGH-T679. Go to Settings > About Phone and confirm the same.
